Professional Background:

As a leadership and empowerment coach, I have a compulsion for connecting deeply with clients and helping them ignite purpose, activate vision, and generate impact.  Currently I am a professionally certified Co-active coach (CPCC) with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the ICF. As part of a Global Leadership Development team in the Coaching Center of Expertise in a Fortune 500 company, with excitement and pride I brought to life a DE&I-focused coaching program for early-career STEM women. I also took great joy in co-developing and fostering a community of internal coaches with facilitated workshops, peer coaching, and group coaching. Also, I combined my love of coaching with my background in project management as I coach and mentor project managers through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Training and working with teams were a huge part of my past life in the research and development world, and team coaching has become a natural area of focus for me. My latest area of interest is coaching women who are transitioning into “re-wire-ment” wanting to rebrand and reignite later in life. I believe we are all leaders in our own lives and helping people turn purpose into impact, regardless of phase of life, brings me great joy.

My mantra of “Bringing humanity into the workplace one interaction at a time” truly reflects what I see in the CCO mission.
